As a Store Manager you’ll lead by example as this role is about inspiring the team around you to deliver the highest level of service to our customers whilst ensuring that all colleagues are happy, motivated, well trained and feel proud of their role within the local community.
It’s a varied and challenging role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills along with a hands-on management approach. You will also be required to maximise sales by consistently delivering excellent store standards.
This role requires a flexible approach, as you will be required to work early mornings and some late nights. Our “Managing our Business” training programme will provide you with the relevant skills required to be a successful manager and our internal Onward and Upward development program offers fantastic career progression.
