Aldershot Community Care Team are looking to recruit a Community Sister into their dynamic, forward thinking team. We deliver complex care to people in their own homes and facilitate the best possible care ensuring People are provided with the care they require, where they require it.

We have a team of highly skilled community nurses as well as competent, supportive Associate Practitioner and health care assistants.

If you would like a new challenge in the Community and aspire to change how nursing is currently delivered then this role may be for you.

This post is for a full time experienced nurse, working a mixture of Early, Day, Late and Twilight shifts. Also in the near future we will have to cover nights shifts. Drivers licence and access to a vehicle is essential – please read full list of Person Specifics. Informal contact is encouraged and visits are welcomed.
